Veterinary medicine and small businesses are my absolute passion. I was one of those amazing technician's once upon a time. I went to technician school, was great with people and patients and then suddenly I found myself in a leadership position. Don't get me wrong I absolutely LOVE IT.  As I found myself developing leaders within the organizations I served I realized how our profession was lacking business tools and guidance that it desperately needed.
